The Bayside Kangaroos AGM will be held in the comfortable meeting room at the  Ashburton Library, High St,  Ashburton on Friday 6 May - 7.30pm for a 7.45 start.  Melway Ref 60 D10.

Agenda
1. Acceptance of 2010 minutes.

2 Reports: President; Treasurer.

3. Election of Office bearers for the forthcoming year.

At the conclusion of the official business there will be an illustrated talk by Greg Tamblyn on his memorable Antarctic trek, followed by the most inspiring rock climbing video you are ever likely to see.

NB. There will be a 10-15 mins brainstorming session on what you see is the  best path for the club in the years ahead - given that we have considerable numbers of members in the East-West and Geelong. All ideas will be recorded for consideration at a future date.

SUPPER. Your contribution of a plate  for supper would be appreciated.

Tea/Coffee will be provided.

GEAR Club gear will be available at discounted prices.
