Western Series Street O in Full Swing

Thursday, 12 January 2012

Members of all ages enjoyed the nice night at Kingsville on 10 January.

Chris Butler set a deceptively tricky course. There was much debate amongst the A runners on the best route and controls to drop with maps and GPS devices studied in earnest. Most of the walkers headed off clockwise but returned from all directions at the finish! At least the creek was not a raging torrent this time and all crossings could be used.

Unfortunately the Bowling Club kitchen was out of action so the first series presentations and dinner had to be postponed until 31 January.
